Can I return my candle?

Due to the nature of our handcrafted candles, we do not accept returns on candles that have been lit or used. However, if you receive a damaged product or there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@houseofhummingbirds.com with photos of the issue.

We're committed to ensuring you're completely satisfied with your DHCH experience and will work with you to resolve any quality concerns.

How long will my candle burn?

Our handcrafted candles are designed for extended enjoyment. Our larger candles (14 oz) provide 80-100 hours of beautiful fragrance. Burn times may vary based on wick trimming and care.

Can I reuse the candle containers?

Yes! Our beautiful vessels are perfect for repurposing. Clean out remaining wax with warm water and use them for storage containers or as plant pot for small herbs to continue your connection to nature.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

We offer special pricing for orders of a dozen or more candles. Please contact us directly to discuss wholesale opportunities and custom scent options for your business or special event.

What if my candle melts during shipping?

Our candles are packaged with great care using protective materials to prevent melting. If extreme weather conditions cause your candle to arrive melted, don't worry. Simply reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll work together to resolve the issue. Your satisfaction with DHCH is our priority!
